Since ECA’s inception in September of 2000, we have focused on our core competencies in order to better serve our client’s. Our service offerings revolve around our expertise and our clients’ needs. As a result of focusing on a select group of services we have developed best practices and expertise that we bring to every client program.

We treat our clients differently. From the first conversation with a prospect, ECA employees strive to understand a prospect’s business. We approach each prospect as an already existing client and try to appreciate the business challenges that each one faces in a typical day or week. If, after meeting with a prospect, we determine that we cannot offer them the best solution, we will suggest an alternative solution with one of our partners.

We know our clients. We research all of our client companies to better comprehend their products, services, clients, and markets. We make every effort to become a partner with each client and pursue value-added solutions that will make their business decisions easier.

We offer value to our clients. In an internationally competitive industry, we have priced our services very aggressively. Any savings that we can obtain from our vendors get passed along to our clients. We stay abreast of what our competition is offering regarding pricing and services and strive to do better.

We feel our clients’ pain. The management team at ECA has significant corporate call center experience in addition to managing outsourced call centers. As a result of this corporate experience, we are empathetic to our clients’ internal issues whether they be product launch deadlines, budget constraints, legal and compliance requirements, competitive pressures, sales and lead generation needs, or overall job security.
