Outbound Business-to-Business Call Center Professionals
E Communication Advantage is seeking experienced call center professionals for our business to business lead generation, sales, and renewal programs. Candidates must be seasoned, dependable and have experience navigating corporate gatekeepers. Many of ECA’s clients are Fortune 500 companies therefore it is important that all candidates are trained professionals with an understanding of the corporate world. Our typical outbound calling programs are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Central time.
 
Inbound Call Center Professionals
E Communication Advantage is seeking experienced call center professionals for our inbound programs. Candidates must be professional, dependable and have diverse inbound experience. Ability to quickly learn and work with a variety of different client processes and systems will be critical to a candidate’s success. Our typical calling programs are 24/7 with varied shifts.
